FAQ
What should I bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable clothes you do not mind getting clay on. We provide aprons, basic tools, and towels. If you already own tools, you may bring them.
Are materials included?
Yes for foundations and short workshops. Advanced series may require purchasing specialty clay or armature wire; this is clearly listed in each class description.
Do you offer refunds?
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before a class begins. Within 7 days, we offer credit if your spot can be filled from the waitlist.
Is the studio accessible?
Yes, our studio has step-free access and accessible restrooms. If you need a seating or schedule accommodation, contact us and we will plan together.
How big are classes?
We cap groups at 8–10 learners for attentive feedback and a quiet workspace.
Do you fire pieces?
We offer periodic firing for sculptural work suitable for our kilns. Air-dry alternatives are used in selected botanical classes; details are noted in the catalog.
Can I gift a class?
Yes. Purchase any class and email us to convert it into a gift credit with a customized message.
Online vs. in-studio—what should I choose?
In-studio offers tactile mentorship and shared tools. Online Live includes mailed material lists and camera angles tailored to follow hand movements closely.
